Agustín Curutchet is a first-year Master’s student from the University of Connecticut studying animal breeding and genomics. His decision to deepen his knowledge in Animal Science stems from his passion for cattle and is specially grounded in his desire to contribute in the improvement of beef production working in objective selection. Agustín is very familiar with the performance of the Angus breed in Argentina. His primary research focuses on assessing the accuracy of genomic selection in the Argentine Angus population.
