Sangwoo Park is a Ph.D. candidate in Animal Science at UC Davis, currently investigating the dietary effects of monoglycerides on performance and disease resistance of weaned pigs. With a master's degree in Animal Science from Chungnam National University in South Korea, Sangwoo has also worked as a Research Assistant in the Non-Ruminant Nutrition Laboratory at South Dakota State University. His research interests include improving pig nutrition and health through dietary interventions.
