Zixiao Deng is a third-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Animal Science, at NC State University. He received his B.A. and M.A. in animal science from South China Agriculture University, China. He has been dedicated to the intervention of soybean meal and corn to reduce antinutritional and toxic properties for the growth and intestinal health of nursery pigs under the direction of Dr. Sung Woo Kim.
