Rachel Carey, MSc, Assoc PAS, AAg is a PhD candidate at the University of Saskatchewan. Her current research focuses on a whole-systems approach to using high-moisture corn products from short-season corn in feeding western Canadian feedlot cattle and utilizing harvest residues for winter feeding pregnant beef cows. She particularly enjoys working on beef cattle nutrition and production issues as well as data management, application, and integration. Rachel is originally from Texas but is currently residing in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where she is working to complete her PhD program by Winter 2023.
