Jess Fletcher is a BScAgr graduate from the University of Guelph, and is currently an MSc candidate in the department of Clinical Studies at the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph, ON, CAN. Growing up in a beef cow/calf operation, she developed a deep-rooted passion for animals and their well-being, which extends to her rescue dog, Finneas. Jess’s research interests revolve around nutrigenomics and its potential to mitigate health issues, particularly feline obesity. Jess believes in the transformative power of nutrition and aspires to positively impact and extend the lives of companion animals in her future endeavors
