Elizabeth Dressler is a Ph.D. Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University. Elizabeth received her bachelor's in Animal Sciences and Industry from Kansas State University in 2020. Receiving the National Association of Animal Breeders Doak Fellowship in 2020 allowed Elizabeth to attend graduate school. She completed her master's in Animal Breeding and Genetics in 2022 at K-State where her research focus was on quantifying gas emissions from grazing beef cattle with a GreenFeed system. Elizabeth is currently in the first year of her Ph.D. program at K-State where she is continuing her research with gas emissions using a GreenFeed as well as conducting a genetic evaluation for fiber traits in cashmere goats.
