Lecturer & Meat Judging Coordinator

Jennifer is a Lecturer in the Animal Science Department at Texas A&M University and serves as the Meat Judging Coordinator. She teaches undergraduate courses in animal science, primarily focusing on meat science and the meat industry. She is most proud of the teaching she does outside of the classroom. Her students are engaged in high impact, hands-on learning experiences at the university meat lab and on the road at meat processing facilities across the country. Prior to joining the faculty at Texas A&M, Jennifer had a successful career in the meat industry, it is this experience that she enjoys sharing with students. Jennifer received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas A&M University.
